Traditional Fruitcake
(The fruitcake formerly known as Traditional Sourdough Fruitcake). Our Traditional Fruitcake is loaded with glacéed cherries, lemon peel, orange peel, and citron, along with pineapple, raisins, currants, and pecans. It is well spiced and soaked in dark rum. 3.5 lbs. net weight.
Ingredients: Candied Cherries, Brown Cane Sugar, Wheat Flour, Amish Butter (pasteurized cream, sea salt), Pecans, Sourdough Starter, Candied Lemon Peel, Candied Orange Peel, Candied Citron, Candied Pineapple, Organic Raisins, Organic Currants, Organic Eggs, Rum, Milk, Organic Spices, French Celtic Sea Salt, Baking Soda.
Moistened with Rum.
