Wonderful taste and texture. Firm but airy – it readily breakdown in the mouth. Not overly sweet despite the caramelized sugar base. And the slight saltiness seems to linger beyond the first bite – complementing and toning this sweet treat. Well, now I know that a brittle can be a complex pleasure.
