Walnut Ginger Fruitcake

Our Walnut Ginger Cake is another longtime favorite. Its light-textured batter has black walnuts, golden raisins, and crystallized ginger.  This cake is rich with butter and laced with brandy. Net weight: 3.5 lbs.

Ingredients: Unsalted Butter, Cane Sugar, Black Walnuts, Wheat Flour, Organic Eggs, Crystallized Ginger, Golden Raisins, Madeira Wine, Celtic Sea Salt, Baking Powder.

Moistened with Brandy.
