Our Traditional Fruitcake (formerly known. as Traditional Sourdough) is a festive blend containing glacéed cherries, lemon peel, orange peel, and citron, along with pineapple, raisins, currants, and pecans, all gently spiced and soaked in dark rum.

Ingredients: Candied Cherries, Brown Cane Sugar, Wheat Flour, Amish Butter (pasteurized cream, sea salt), Pecans, Sourdough Starter, Candied Lemon Peel, Candied Orange Peel, Candied Citron, Candied Pineapple, Organic Raisins, Organic Currants, Organic Eggs, Rum, Milk, Organic Spices, French Celtic Sea Salt, Baking Soda.
